1. AFTER A SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION
Once your application is approved, you must privately send us the following details to complete your affiliate setup:

• Full residential address
• PayPal email
• Phone number
  

You will receive a £10 store gift card as a welcome reward. You may choose any item you want to purchase with it. In addition, you may use your personal affiliate discount code on the first purchase.

2. HOW COMMISSIONS WORK
All affiliates begin on our lowest commission tier, earning 30% of whatever their discount code saves on an order. For example, if a customer saves £10, the affiliate earns £3.

Affiliates can be promoted to higher commission tiers in 5% increments based on their performance, consistency, sales volume, and professionalism. The highest tiers can earn up to 50% of the total discount value.

3. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Commission payments are issued on the 10th of every month. The monthly cut-off is the last day of the month at 11:59 PM. Any commission generated after this time rolls over to the next month.

Payments are sent to the PayPal email provided by the affiliate.

4. TRACKING & SALES REPORTING
Calirats automatically tracks all affiliate activity, including code usage, discount totals, commissions earned, and any reversals.

Affiliates may request a full breakdown of their performance data at any time.

5. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
All Calirats products are eligible for commissions unless stated otherwise on the website or in communication with the affiliate.

6. RETURNS & COMMISSION REVERSALS
If a customer returns a product, the commission for that order will be reversed or deducted from the next payout.

Because Calirats only accepts returns for damaged items, reversals should be rare.

7. SELF-PURCHASES
Affiliates may use their own affiliate links or discount codes and earn commission on personal purchases. Calirats reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, bulk purchasing for resale, or violation of these Terms.

8. AGE REQUIREMENT
Affiliates must be 18 or older to join. Age is confirmed through self-verification on the application form.

9. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES
Affiliates are responsible for declaring their earnings and paying any taxes due in their country of residence.

Calirats do not deduct or pay taxes on behalf of affiliates.

10. PERMITTED USE OF BRAND ASSETS
Affiliates may use Calirats logos, product images, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Calirats.

Misuse of brand assets, including misleading or harmful content, may result in immediate removal from the program.

11. PROGRAM RULES

Affiliates are expected to follow the rules below, failure to do so may result in removal from the affiliate program:

• Promote Calirats products professionally and accurately
• Maintain consistent activity and engagement
• Avoid misleading or harmful marketing
• Uphold the brand’s reputation online and offline
• Affiliates must not disclose any private information, including details shared in group chats, emails, or other communications under any circumstances, even after leaving the program

12. LEAVING OR REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM
If an affiliate leaves voluntarily or is removed from the program, their information is kept until the end of the month to issue the final payout. After that, all personal data is permanently deleted.

Affiliates may be removed for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Inactivity
• Fraud or suspicious behaviour
• Misleading promotion
• Hateful, offensive, or damaging conduct
• Any behaviour that negatively impacts Calirats

13. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
Calirats may modify commission rates, tiers, program rules, or the program itself at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to affiliates.

14. BRAND COLLABORATIONS
Affiliates are free to collaborate with other brands and pursue additional partnerships.

However, affiliates must not promote directly competing calisthenics or fitness apparel brands in a way that creates brand confusion, misrepresents affiliation, or negatively impacts the reputation of Calirats.

Calirats reserves the right to review external partnerships where a clear conflict of interest exists and to take appropriate action if necessary.
